2. Competition entrants (“Entrants”) are deemed to have accepted, and agreed to be bound by, these terms and conditions upon entry into the Competition.

3. The decision of Sunrise regarding any aspect of the Competition is final and binding (including as to the award of the prizes) and no correspondence will be entered into regarding any such decision.

Entry Process

4. The Competition will be open for entry between 10.00 am on 1 August 2018 and 08.00 pm on 29 August 2018. Entries received after this time will not be valid and will not be included in the Competition prize draw.

5. The Competition is open to all listeners of Sunrise Radio aged 18 years old or over within the United Kingdom. Employees of Sunrise, the England and Wales Cricket Board limited (the “ECB”), the International Cricket Council FZ LLC (the “ICC”) and Cricket World Cup 2019 are not eligible to enter the Competition.

6. To enter the Competition, individuals must listen to Sunrise Radio for a “Crack the code” number which will be provided by presenters at random. Once an individual has gained such a code they must go to the Competition’s section on the Sunrise website and enter a valid code along with any other details requested by Sunrise. Entries will not be accepted by any other means. Only one entry per e-mail address is permitted.

7. The Competition is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.

8. In entering the Competition, each Entrant confirms that they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize that they may win. Sunrise may require an Entrant to provide proof that they are eligible to enter the Competition (including proof of age).

Price

9. The Competition prizes include the chance to win one of four sets of two tickets to a match of the ECB’s choosing at the Cricket World Cup 2019 (each a “Prize” and together the “Prizes”).

10. Sunrise will select each winning Entrant at random. Each winning Entrant will be contacted (as soon as reasonably practicable after the completion of the Competition prize draw) using the email address provided on entry into the Competition.

11. There will be four separate draws selecting a winner of the ‘Prize’. The draws will take place in Drive on Sunrise on the following dates – 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th August.

12. Each winning Entrant must confirm that they are able to accept the prize within 48 hours of being notified by Sunrise that they are a winning Entrant. In the event that any winning Entrant fails to confirm their acceptance of the Prize by this date, or is unable to accept the prize that they have won for any reason or Sunrise determines that the relevant winner has breached these terms and conditions, Sunrise reserves the right to offer the prize to another Entrant. Sunrise does not accept any responsibility for failure by any winner(s) to claim their prize.

13. Each Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, not for re-sale under any circumstances and no cash alternative is offered. Each Prize is also subject to the ticket terms and conditions imposed by the ECB, the ICC or Cricket World Cup 2019 from time. A Prize does not include anything not expressly set out in these terms and conditions and in particular does not include spending money, food and drink, associated travel and accommodation, medical or other general expenses.

14. Sunrise reserves the right to substitute each/any winner’s prize for an alternative prize if necessary (in Sunrise’s sole discretion).

Limitation of Liability

15. None of the ECB, the ICC, Sunrise or Cricket World Cup 2019 Limited, nor any of their affiliates, agents, employees, officers, directors or representatives will be liable (to the extent permitted by law) for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the organising or holding of the Competition or as a result of any Entrant’s participation in the Competition or as a result of the winning, collecting, use or enjoyment of any Prize, or if the Competition does not run as planned or if any part of any prize is unable to be delivered for any reason. Competition Entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.

16. If the Competition or any part of it is not capable of running or being completed as planned for any reason, including but not limited to reasons of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Sunrise, Sunrise reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition without liability.

17. Sunrise accepts no responsibility for Competition entries that are not successfully completed, regardless of cause, including (without limitation) due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure, of any kind.

18. Sunrise may change these terms and conditions at any time at its discretion.

19. Each Entrant acknowledges that their contact details will be used by Sunrise for the purposes of operating the Competition and administrating the delivery of a Prize. Each Entrant acknowledges that Sunrise shall use such personal data in accordance with its privacy policy and these Prize Draw Terms and Conditions.

20. Each winning Entrant may be required to participate in publicity related to the Competition and Sunrise reserves the right to use, and grant the right to the ECB to use, the name, image, and town and county of residence of each winning Entrant in any media for such promotional purposes. Sunrise may also sub-licence such right to its sponsors, partners and other relevant third parties on the same basis. The winners also agree that Sunrise may use their name, image and town or county of residence to announce the winner of the Competition.
