Malabar Gold & Diamonds Competition Specific TERMS & CONDITIONS – to be read alongside Sunrise Radio’s General Terms and Conditions
1. This competition is available only to Eligible Participants. An Eligible Participant is resident in the UK, aged 18 or over. This competition is not open to employees of Sunrise Radio London Limited, Malabar Gold & Diamonds, or any affiliated companies
2. Entry period for the competition to win a chance in the free draw for one (1) Diamond Ring offered by Malabar gold and Diamonds worth a maximum of GBP 500 (Five hundred Great Britain Pounds), starts on Wednesday 5th February 2025 and closes on Thursday 13th February 2025.
3. To enter, tune into Sunrise Radio 06:00-22:00, between 5th-13th February 2025, and listen for the cue to call, the telephone lines will be open, and if your line is answered you will be asked a multiple-choice question if you select the correct answer you win an entry into the free draw. If not it’s on to the next caller.
4. The Prize for the free draw is a Diamond Ring offered by Malabar Gold and Diamonds with a maximum value of GBP 500 (Five hundred Great Britain Pounds).
5. The Prize for the free draw cannot be transferred to another person, it cannot be changed, and there is no cash, credit, or alternative prize offered.
6. The draw will take place on Valentine’s Day, Friday 14th February in Drive on Sunrise; the winner will be selected by the computer at random from all qualifying entries. The computers choice is final
7. The winner will be contacted directly by Sunrise Radio London Limited to arrange the collection of the Diamond ring (the prize) from Malabar Gold and Diamonds.
8. One entry per household.
9. No purchase is necessary; however, participants are expected to pay their own cost of the telephone and internet connection.
10. The promoters accept no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from faults or disconnection of telephone calls during the competition. The promoters are in no way liable for the reproduction or indirect access via third-party website or home page access which reproduction misstates or omits any of the information or terms and conditions connected with the promotion.
11. Malabar Gold and Diamonds excludes its liability toward any participants in the competition/ events conducted by Sunrise Radio London Limited.
12. Promotional materials form part of these terms and conditions. This promotion is governed by English law and is subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
13. The name of the winner may be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the Sales Department, Sunrise Radio London Ltd, Unit 2, 694-712 London Road, Hounslow, Middx. TW3 1PG.
