A landmark legal hearing has ruled protestors rights were violated by Met surveillance.
Three men told Inner London Crown Court how they were made to feel like criminals for obstructing a police cameraman who was taking pictures of people attending a meeting.
The public meeting was held by No Borders to discuss a future demonstration over government immigration policy.
They had unfurled a banner to block surveillance of anti-capitalist campaigners entering and exiting the Pullens Centre at Elephant and Castle.
