Dubai – Atlantis, The Palm Competition Specific TERMS & CONDITIONS – to be read alongside Sunrise Radio’s General Terms and Conditions

1. Entry for the competition starts Friday, 9th – Thursday, 29^th January 2026.

2. In order to enter, tune into Sunrise Radio from 07:00-22:00 Monday to Sunday, listen for the cue to call then ring the telephone number supplied.  If your line is chosen, the Sunrise Radio presenter will ask you a simple general multiple-choice question. If you choose the correct answer you go into the draw for a five-night stay for two adults on Half Board meal plan at Atlantis The Palm, Dubai, if not onto the next line. 

3. The presenter’s decision is final.

4. One entry per household. 

5. The draw for the winner of the five-night stay for two adults on Half Board meal plan at Atlantis The Palm, Dubai will take place on Friday, 30th January during Drive on Sunrise.

6. The Prize

• Economy class return air tickets from a UK airport to Dubai, including all taxes for two adults.  Winners must arrange their own travel from their home to the UK airport and from the airport in Dubai to Atlantis, The Palm, and on the return journey from Atlantis, The Palm to the airport in Dubai and their own travel from the UK airport to their home on the return journey.

• Five-night stay at Atlantis, The Palm, including *half board meal plan (* as determined by the hotel) in a Palm King Room with Imperial Club Lounge and Private Imperial Club Beach access for 2 adults.  Subject to availability and blackout dates as determined by Atlantis, The Palm.  Atlantis, The Palm T&Cs apply

• The Prize is valid for one year from the date of the prize draw (30th January 2026 - 30th January 2027) and under no circumstances is the validity period extended. The prize murt be used in full by the 31st January 2027. Subject to availability and blackout dates as determined by Atlantis, The Palm.  Atlantis, The Palm T&Cs apply.

• The Prize must be booked as early as possible and all other dates are subject to availability and approval by Atlantis, The Palm.  Once the booking is confirmed, it cannot be changed.

7. Other than accommodation, travel, etc outlined in Point 6. a), b) and c) no additional benefits or subsistence is included with this prize.  The winner & their guest must cover all costs with regard to any additional subsistence, including but not restricted to meals/drinks/snacks consumed during the flights & during their stay in Dubai.

8. The winner & their guest must arrange their own travel insurance.  All prize winners must ensure they hold valid travel insurance to cover them and their guest for the entire duration of the prize trip and this must be fully comprehensive and organised pre-departure. 

9. The winner & guest must hold a valid passport and visa (if required) for travel to Dubai (must be pre-arranged at the winners’ cost).

10. Prize for this competition cannot be transferred to another person, it cannot be changed, there is no cash, credit or alternative prize offered

11. Sunrise Radio (London Limited and Southall Travel assumes no responsibility for any illness, injury or accident which the winners may suffer for whatever reason while travelling to or from the airports or any other related journey or incident.

12. Promotional materials form part of these terms and conditions. This promotion is governed by English law and is subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

13. The name of the winner may be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Sales Department, Sunrise Radio London Ltd, Unit 2, 694-712 London Road, Hounslow, Middx. TW3 1PG.
