Tilda Diwali Gold Coin Competition Specific TERMS & CONDITIONS – to be read alongside Sunrise Radio’s General Terms and Conditions
1. On-air competition dates – 6-10 October 2025
2. To enter, tune into Kavita Kukar on Sunrise every afternoon between 6-10 October, listen for the cue to call, and call Kavita on the phone number supplied. If your line is chosen, do not say hello, simply say “I LOVE TILDA PURE BASMATI”. If your answer with this line, you will be entered into the Prize draw for one of three Gold Coins; if not, on to the next line until we have a winner
3. The Prize draw will take place on Monday, 13 October between 12 -4 pm with Kavita Kukar.
4. Promoter: The promoter is Tilda Ltd, Coldharbour Lane, Rainham RM13 9YQ.
5. Eligibility: Open to UK residents aged 18+ only. Employees of Tilda Ltd, its affiliates, agencies, and immediate families are not eligible.
6. Prize: One (1) x gold coin worth approximately £250 for each of the 3 winners. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
7. Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted by email/phone within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Tilda reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
8. Verification: The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants, and may require proof of age, residence, or purchase.
9. Liability: Tilda accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, incomplete, or illegible entries, or for any technical failures.
10. Data Protection: Any personal data provided will be used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion, in line with Tilda’s Privacy Policy.
11. General: The promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend this promotion where necessary. Participation indicates acceptance of these terms.
